Key Features

10″ HD Touchscreen Monitor

High-definition display with a clear, intuitive interface, giving drivers immediate visibility of critical areas around the vehicle.

AI-Powered VRU Detection

Intelligent AI cameras are specifically configured to detect Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs), including pedestrians and cyclists, helping drivers identify risks in critical blind-spot areas.

Intelligent Detection — Fewer Unnecessary Alerts

The system is designed to distinguish relevant VRU hazards from surrounding objects. Static objects such as trees, poles and street furniture do not trigger VRU warnings, helping reduce unnecessary alerts and driver distraction.

Dynamic Distance & Trajectory Analysis

Rather than simply detecting that a VRU is present, Sentinel uses dynamic distance measurement and movement analysis to assess the developing risk between the vulnerable road user and the vehicle.

Progressive Visual & Spoken Warnings

The warning strategy is designed to provide information according to the level of risk:

• VRU detected without an immediate collision risk: the driver receives a visual warning without an unnecessary audible alert.
• VRU movement indicates increasing proximity or potential conflict with the vehicle: the system activates a spoken audible warning to draw the driver’s attention to the developing hazard.

This approach helps reduce unnecessary alarms and cognitive overload, while ensuring the driver receives a clear warning when intervention may be required.

Loop Recording — Up to 500GB

Continuous video recording directly to a MicroSD card up to 500GB, eliminating the need for a separate DVR unit.

Real-Time Voice Safety Alerts

Clear spoken warnings provide an additional layer of driver awareness when the system identifies a developing VRU risk.

Fast, Professional Installation

Pre-configured aviation cables and connectors simplify installation and integration into commercial vehicles.

Commercial-Grade Construction

IP69K-rated camera components are engineered for demanding commercial environments, with resistance to water, dust, vibration and harsh road conditions.

12-Month Warranty

Backed by a 12-month warranty and professional technical support.

Intelligent Detection Without Constant Alarms

Detect. Assess. Warn when it matters.

OROTEK Sentinel is designed to do more than simply identify an object in a detection zone. Its AI detection and dynamic distance technology assess VRU presence, movement and developing proximity, allowing the system to provide visual information while reserving spoken warnings for situations presenting an increased risk.

The result is a more driver-focused safety system designed to improve awareness without overwhelming the driver with unnecessary audible alerts.
